Delivery to Remote Areas

Deliveries to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands may take up to 10 additional working days beyond the advertised lead time.

Delivery Timelines

We aim to dispatch and deliver your items within the estimated timeframes displayed on our website. However, these are estimates only. While we strive to meet them, we cannot accept liability for any delays or resulting inconvenience caused by late delivery.

If your delivery is delayed for any reason, we will keep you informed and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Amendments & Cancellations

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be amended or cancelled. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

Delivery Responsibility & Risk

The risk of loss or damage to your items passes to you upon:

• Successful delivery, or

• The first attempted delivery by our courier

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order, or that any delivery instructions are clearly communicated in advance.

Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable - due to:

• An incorrect or incomplete address

• Failure to respond to courier notifications, or

• Failure to collect the parcel from a depot when instructed

We will refund the cost of the goods minus:

• The original delivery charges, and

• Any return shipping fees incurred
