We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

We recommend using insured, registered, or tracked delivery and retaining your receipt in case of lost mail.
You have the legal right to return your item within 14 days of delivery.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the purchaser is responsible for the cost and arrangement of return shipping - unless the item is faulty.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If the item is damaged upon arrival, please take photographs of the packaging and the item to assist with the courier investigation.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:

Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
Be sure to include your name and order number with your return package, clearly stating which item(s) you are returning.
RV Astley products
Please note that all returns for RV Astley products due to a change of mind are subject to a 20% restocking fee, along with a £55 collection charge. These charges will be deducted from your refund once the item has been returned and inspected.
