We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, and wherever we can, we will send your order the next working day. However, during busy periods or for larger items, please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be dispatched and delivered.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable), so you can follow its journey to your door.
If you need your order by a specific date, please get in touch before placing your order and we will do our very best to help.
We hope you will love your purchase, but if you change your mind, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- Returned with all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift vouchers.
